Sometimes a product just doesn't work out! If you do have to return a product, please do so within 15 days of purchase & enclose your original receipt. Naturally, we CANNOT take returns on used products. All sales are final on discounted items... no returns on these, please.
Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
If for any reason, you are not delighted with your purchase you may return the unused item in its original condition to:

Please follow the simple instructions below:
If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at 1-800-259-4843.
1. Fill out the Return Form on your packing slip.
2. Place your merchandise in the original shipping box. If the original packaging is not available, please use a sturdy box or padded envelope to prevent damage in transit.
3. Return the package to us using the delivery service of your choice. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.

In Canada, we recommend you send your return by insured Canada Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery.
In the U.S, we recommend you send your return by UPS, Fed Ex or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery.
